Any Eye of Horus product can be returned for an exchange or a store credit. Regular priced items can also be returned for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, in their original packaging, and must be returned within 14 days of the date the item arrived at your post office. RA Cosmetics Pty Ltd Trading as Eye of Horus Cosmetics has an ethical mantra to ensure that no ingredient or finished product has been tested on animals. All our Products have been tested invitro in a medium of Soy Agar.

We have signed certifications from all manufacturers to confirm that no ingredient and no finished product in our range have been tested on any animal. We have successfully undergone EU Compliance, which is the most thorough testing possible and requires our manufacturers to confirm they do not test on animals. We do not have a Halal Certification, but ensure that there is no by-product of any animal in our products, other than Beeswax in our Mascara and Eye Pencils.

All ingredients have been sourced from sustainable and fair trading sources, where possible, including our Carnauba Wax from Brazil. There is no alcohol in any of our products, other than the gel component of the new product to launch Dual Brow Perfect.

Beeswax is the only animal derived product in any of our products, as we have not found a suitable or effective substitute. We continue to balance natural bases with high performance of our products and will not compromise on high performance and quality. There are No Parabens in any of our products.

Eye of Horus bases our products on natural ingredients, however it is not classified as 100% natural we do have some synthetic preservatives to ensure safety and product longevity to the wearer.
